Key Largo units (3) are 300 square feet of space like a motel unit with two queen beds, table for four, color TV, apartment size stove, fridge, AC, utensils, linens, coffee maker with a gas grill and picnic table. Even though we are on the highway we are screened from view by extensive foliage of seagrape and pigeon plum trees.
John Pennekamp Park is less than a mile away by bike and jogging path, with a
sandy bay beach, nature trails and sea exhibits. There are boat ramps, swimming pools,
shopping, restaurants, watersports rentals, fishing and diving charters near by.

Big Pine units (3) are off the beaten path in a rural subdivision overlooking Federal Key Deer Preserve Wetlands and Pine Channel to the west with a canal dockage in the back. These units are 800 square feet with two bedrooms, one bath, queen bed in each bedroom, and three single beds in the living room area made up like couches. Kitchen is complete with stove, fridge, utensils, coffee maker and gas grill on front deck. You will also find AC, color TV, VCR player and linens.
By boat, 10 miles to Looe Key Sanctuary, 5 miles to Picnic
Island with a sandy beach and 5 miles to back country fishing. (Some say
it’s better than Pennekamp for diving). By car, 30 miles to Key West
– west. 5 miles to Bahia Honda State Park – best beaches in
the Keys, and 20 miles to Marathon – east.
